im interested. like the other guy asked, what are the requirements. This is a free design request, thus I will leave everything to the selected designer to decide - some flash would be nice. The selected designer will gain FTP access to the website to upload the files as he/she wishes.

Looks like Admin has no ideas about his website. So my suggestion is just make what you think is good and he will pick the one he likes. :D

cool...k ill try my best to start one from scratch. would you like us to use images from google regarding waterboarding, or would you happen to have some that you could provide to us?

What kinds of links would you like admin? Stuff like links to galleries etc?

You are darn right, I have no ideas about the site. My idea was to pick only one designer for this site.

There will be a forum, but I don't think one has to concern about it at this moment.

And a question, does desing have to be whole graphic, because I'd prefer a bit simplier, but with great logo and few more mini-graphics.. :rolleyes: Also, PHP scripting can be included?
