hey guys i have just openned up a hosting site which offers free hosting.
the site is: http://www.thehost.uni.cc .
the plans are as follows, i know its not much, but i m giving wut i can, and after all, its free:

Beginner:
15mb webspace
150mb bw (upgradeable to 300mb for active forum users.)

Intermediate:
30mb webspace
300mb bw (upgradeable to 500mb for active forum users.)

Expert
50mb webspace
500mb bw (upgradeable to 1,000mb for active forum users.)

Is it a reseller account or something?

yes, it is, and i am only offering free service on it.

well, reseller account is like a hosting account, except you can give others hosting from it, its sort of like a small bussiness of server based hosting.Also it has access to whm like the admin here does, but the admin here has his own server, me on the other hand, i only have access to giving others account, no control of the server.

yes php, mysql are both supported, pretty much same as webhostingcafe, except for the plans i am offering, they are different, the accnt comes with cpanel 9, just like here.

well teh admin here acctualy has a reseller second of all mmkmater i though u were gonna use the free reseler that i gave u to use and i gave u 5 gigs for free lol anyways good luck

yes, I am very Sorry to say, that this did not work out, and wise2host, i think i'd still like to host ppl, just not on a level of a company. Ill let u know what ill do with that reseller if i find a use for it, until then, its urs to do what u plz with it, also i m stuck with a reseller i have till july of next year (i won it for a contest for free).I am sure ill find a use for it.

well i want to say come over to wise2host.com we have a new forum and site and all. We ahve new rules now since wise2host is not an independed company.
