5) Must have at least 25 posts count before requesting.

If you can follow these rules then you will be fine. When you request a free hosting this are the info we need from you.

Post your request with the following information:
1) Put your request subdomain.webhostingcafe.com name as your title for your thread.

2) Username
3) Subdomain.webhostingcafe.com
4) A detail description about your site.
5) You can either PM us your password.
6) Please Enable PM's, in order for us to send you your account information.
